TeamHeart’s Staff and Board of Directors work alongside dedicated tutors and funders to help carry out Heart’s mission of ensuring that all students have a strong foundation in math and enthusiasm for academics.
We are hiring!
Volunteer Operations Manager - This person will be the quarterback on all things volunteer-related. Volunteer tutors are the hands and heart of Heart – serving on the front lines for students who need help. Heart has developed a formula for recruiting, managing, supporting, and retaining tutors while delivering an effective, positive experience. The organization’s size now requires full time staff dedicated to these efforts.
Business Operations Manager - This full-time team member will oversee important operational and administrative responsibilities, accelerating Heart's impact and making significant contributions to the organization's success. Responsibilities include HR, Finance, and Office Management as well as a wide range of projects supporting Heart's Executive Director.
Program Coordinator - We will be holding interviews and making offers for the Program Coordinator role from June through July. This part-time role will manage tutoring at a designated school site from August 2017 to May 2018. Program Coordinators oversee more than 50 students and volunteer tutors each week, ensuring students build a strong foundation in math and enthusiasm for academics.
